Depression

Depression is most common with teenagers , some of you may even have it without noticing.

The main symptoms include

-Being angry and sad , nothing seems fun.

-Feeling worthless , guilty , wrong

-Frequent unexplained headaches and other physical problems

-Everything may lead to instant crying

-Gain/Lost weight without even trying

-Lack of concentration

-Feeling helpless and hopeless

-Death/suicide thoughts


In one my recent polls I found that almost all of the questions that relate to this symptoms were checked (people chosed/voted) . In some cases the depression may be major and in other it is not as bad as the other and to avoid going that far or if you have depression make sure to do one of the following things

  • Always be with someone or somewhere ( this avoids suicidal thoughts and lets you come back to the life you had before depression hit & you also keep away negative thoughts )
  • Exercise regularly ( helps release stress and keeps you energized )
  • Stay AWAY from DRUGS! ( drugs wont make you happy and if they do they are temporary and can affect your health , it might even make you more depressed , by staying away you wont be tempted to do so )
  • Ask for help
    -If you feel stressed because of all the work ask for help , im sure there is someone willing to help you out.

Note: If you are thinking about suicide all i have to say is don’t do it. WHY? well because there is a great world out there for you , you just need to find the good things and life and start from there.I have had suicidal thoughts myself because i felt overwhelmed with my parents always telling me that i was useless , but later on things changed , and i would’ve killed myself then , i would not have this great life and the great people around me.
